Student Event/Initiative Funding Application

Are you looking for funding for you campus wide event? Use apply for SAF funding. You event should have campus-wide appeal, be open to all students, and align with one or more of the Campus Life Strategic Directions.

Student Activity Fee (SAF) Event Reflection

Did you receive funding for an event through SAF? This form will needs to be submitted within three weeks of the event.

SOAR Applications

Looking to nominate a student, advisor, program, or organization for a SOAR Award? Celebrating the accomplishments of student leaders, advisors, clubs and organizations, the SOAR Awards are presented annually during the spring semester. Applications will open in March. Event Planning Office Hours

Event planning office hours will take place in Benson 335. Meetings are available most weekdays by appointment. To book an event planning meeting:

  1. Go to go.wfu.edu/EventPlanningCal
  2. Select an appointment at least 1 hour in advance
  3. At your meeting time, check in at the front dest in the Student Engagement Suite (Benson 335)
  4. Our Office Assistant will direct you to your event planner’s office!
