What Development is Offered for Student Leaders?

The Office of Student Engagement focuses on increased leadership development programming for established leaders on campus. Both fraternity and sorority leadership as well as student organization leaders complete a leadership workshop model.

General Workshop Offerings

Leadership Initiatives staff are available to provide a variety of educational leadership for campus partners and students. We are happy to collaborateon presentation outlines, facilitation guides, and google slide templates for those who are comfortable with presenting but want some assistance.

Student Organization Workshop Series

Chartered Student Organizations are required to complete 4 workshops per year in four main categories: Organization Excellence, Leadership Development, Realizing Inclusion, Diversity, Equity (RIDE), Harm Reduction and Prevention

Fraternity/Sorority Workshop Series

Executive members from chapters in the Panhellenic Council, Interfraternity Council, and National PanHellenic Council complete a year long workshop series covering topics such as sense of belonging, bystander intervention, risk management, hazing, and inclusion
