Interfraternity Council (IFC)
Students who would like to receive information about recruitment processes are invited to complete our Fraternity/Sorority Life Interest Form. Please note that the Fraternity/Sorority Life Interest Form is NOT a registration for Formal Recruitment.
Interfraternity Council recruitment is the process by which men interested in joining one of our social fraternities can explore their options. Recruitment takes place both in the fall and spring semesters; however, the majority of members join in the spring semester.
Fall 2025 registration information is available below.
Requirements for Membership
- Have completed 12 credit hours as a matriculated college student (AP and IB credits are not included in the calculations).
- Hold a minimum of cumulative 2.5 GPA (collegiate)
- Complete the Grade Release Form here
- Upload PreventZone anti-hazing certification to the application
- Complete the registration application
- Pay the registration fee of $35
Fall 2025 Recruitment
Fall recruitment is an opportunity for all upperclassmen to explore membership in a fraternity. The process involves a combination of meet-and-greets, social events, and interviews. To participate, students must submit a registration application prior to the registration deadline and pay the registration fee.
- Dates for Fall 2025 Formal Recruitment are:
- July 8-August 22, 2025: Recruitment Registration Period
- August 27-September 3, 2025: IFC Fall Formal Recruitment
- You cannot accept a bid if you do not attend/are not excused for missing the Recruitment Kickoff.
- Chapter Socials are by invitation only.
