TIPS Training: Training for Intervention ProcedureS. TIPS® is a dynamic, skills-based training program designed to prevent intoxication, drunk driving and underage drinking by enhancing the fundamental “people skills” of servers, sellers and consumers of alcohol. TIPS gives individuals the knowledge and confidence they need to recognize potential alcohol-related problems and intervene to prevent alcohol-related tragedies.

ASTP: The Alcohol Skills Training Program acknowledges that many college students drink and it focuses on those personal choices. It helps WFU students who consume alcohol make informed & healthy decisions about how they drink. Practical, realistic strategies for drinking in a way that reduces risk and potential harm are provided. All new members are required to participate in a session in the semester in which they are initiated.

FSL Ambassadors: The Fraternity & Sorority Life Ambassadors serve as the community’s peer educators. They facilitate ASTP sessions every semester for all new members. The FSL Ambassadors are also our community outreach team, participating in events such as a the Involvement Fair, Accepted Students Day, and more.

Expectations for Excellence: Utilizing 7 core belief statements, this chapter development program helps chapter leadership identify goals for the year to assist in creating a positive and meaningful experience for their members.

Greek Alumni Advisory Board: The advisory board aims to serve as a bridge between alumni and the University in order to educate alumni about Greek life today and to positively influence the Greek student experience.
