Facilities Work Orders

Facilities and Campus Services is an important partner in the event planning process. It’s important to submit facilities requests at least 2 weeks prior to an event. Please note that these services cost money. Please consider facilities costs when budgeting your event and requesting funding. If you feel comfortable submitting a facilities request please do so here. If you need assistance, the Office of Student Engagement will be happy to help during an event planning meeting.

Parking and Transportation

  • To reserve individual spaces have your advisor or a Student Engagement event planner use this form.
  • To reserve an entire parking lot, use DeaconSpace.
  • Need to reserve a shuttle? Tell us in your event planning meeting.

Event Security

All events with 200 or more attendees, runs, walks & 5ks, and events with potential for media presence require security. University Police officers can be requested here.
