Looking to nominate a student, advisor, program, or organization for a SOAR Award? Celebrating the accomplishments of student leaders, advisors, clubs and organizations, the SOAR Awards are presented annually during the spring semester. Applications will open in March. Application for Student Organization Charter
Are you ready to apply for a Student Organization Charter? After your application is received, a member of SOC will contact you with more information. Please be prepared to give a brief presentation (no longer than five minutes) to SOC. This presentation should cover the general basics of your group: leadership structure, presence on campus, benefits of receiving a charter, and future aspiration.
Event Planning Office Hours
Event planning office hours will take place virtually until further notice. Meetings are available daily by appointment. To book a virtual event planning meeting:
- Go to go.wfu.edu/EventPlanningCal
- Select an appointment at least 15 minutes in advance
- At your meeting time, check your Google calendar for a video link
- Join the meeting!
