A message to our Student Leaders from SBAC and SOFO:
SOFO and SBAC hope that you and your loved ones are well and safe. Please be sure to share the information below with your group members.
SOFO and SBAC remain available to assist with your student organization’s financial needs. During this challenging time, please note the following:
- All future organization expenses and spend must be pre-approved by SBAC. This includes any spending of personal funds with the expectation of reimbursement. For pre-approval, email email@example.com.
- An online reimbursement process is now available for expenses incurred prior to Spring Break. Until further notice, you will need to have a Direct Deposit set up in WIN to receive reimbursements.
- Our email inboxes, firstname.lastname@example.org, email@example.com and firstname.lastname@example.org will be monitored Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
