Tim oversees all aspects of the Student Engagement office, such as strategic planning, assessment, and supervision of staff. He advises Student Government, and serves as chair of the Student Activity Fee Committee and secretary of the Student Life Committee.

Shauna McNeil
Director of Student Organizations and Programs

Shauna develops programs, resources, and systems that support the Wake Forest campus community, specifically Student Union, student organizations including their members and advisors, and major campus programs and traditions. This includes supervising professional staff members and student-led initiatives that support Student Engagement programs.

Demetria leads the development of a vibrant, engaged, inclusive, learning-rich FSL community with the students, staff, faculty, and alumni of Wake Forest University while supporting student-led initiatives and campus traditions.

Lacey Hatcher

Lacey supports the Office of Student Engagement in a multitude of ways: From managing daily operations, developing and implementing strategies/processes to help the office function efficiently to financial and budgetary reconciliation and approval/review of correspondence with Campus Life and other university partners.

Erinn supports Student Organizations at Wake by advising the Student Organizations Council, managing The Link, planning involvement fairs, coordinating event planning meetings, and facilitating workshops for organization leaders and members. She also advises the Engagement Consultants in helping their peers find new and exciting ways to get involved on the WFU campus.

Lauren oversees leadership initiatives in the Office of Student Engagement including Charge, Adopt A Deac, and Student Organization Leadership Development. Lauren’s work focuses on change-based leadership development with emphasis on harm reduction, prevention, and diversity, equity, & inclusion.

Brittany Harris-Nelson

University of North Carolina Greensboro (BA)- Biology; North Carolina A&T State University (MS)- Adult Education; Nova Southeastern University (EdD in progress)- Higher Education Leadership
Brittany oversees and advises both the Panhellenic Council and National Pan-Hellenic Council (Divine 9). In her role Brittany works to create a fun, safe, and transformative Fraternity & Sorority Life experience for all of our students here at Wake. In her other duties, Brittany assists with the planning and implementation of Hazing Prevention Week, along with other Fraternity & Sorority life initiatives.
