Event planning office hours will end on Wednesday, May 1st. As a reminder, student organizations must register their events by creating an event on the organization’s Link page. Your registration will help guide conversation in the event planning meeting. If you do not register your event before the meeting, time for your event planning meeting is not guaranteed. Groups must attend office hours at least 10 business days in advance to ensure a safe and successful event. We cannot guarantee approval of your event if this deadline is not met. Your event will not be approved by the Office of Student Engagement until you have attended an event planning meeting.
